I am a weight inclusive dietitian with a HAES aligned and trauma informed practice. I work with adults and adolescents wanting a more balanced and peaceful relationship with food, body and movement. I have a weight neutral approach to working with those with medical conditions such as high cholesterol, diabetes, digestive issues etc.
