I am here to help you overcome stressful and painful experiences, to gain a deeper understanding of your behavioral patterns and your relationships, and ultimately help you reconnect with yourself. I feel honored to walk alongside my clients and hold light in this messy world as they heal, grow, and reconnect with their inner self, mind, body, and soul. I aspire to make this journey as comfortable and authentic as possible, while being gentle yet direct.
I work with individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, grief & loss, stress, work/school/life transitions, and healing from relationships and codependency. My holistic, strengths-based framework for treatment often includes elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Solution Focus, and many others.
