To THRIVE is a natural desire of being human; and yet we often feel stuck just trying to survive. We long to feel effective, creative, and balanced. With over 15 years of practice, I’ve enjoyed building powerful, therapeutic relationships with Adolescents, Adults, Families, and groups in multiple settings. Together, we access and process change through collaborative, creative, narrative, strength-based approaches. Some common issues I work with are: anxiety, depression, life transitions, creative blocks, traumas, learning differences, and addiction.
In a compassionate and safe setting, we will discover and identify obstacles, transform unnecessary emotional/cognitive patterns, and lean into change for effective and empowered growth in relationships. Having many years in this field, I have endless resources and connections to support this layered and validating journey.
I utilize several modalities including traditional talk therapy. These might include play therapy for children, expressive arts therapies for adolescents and adults, or mindfulness techniques. I look forward to our work together.
