As I family and parent therapist, I work closely with parents to become the healers in the family. We work to create calm in the family through mindfulness practices and brain balance work. As minds become more peaceful, ruptured relationships are healed and trust is rebuilt. With increased trust, we turn our attention to solving problems in the family, putting parents and kids on the same team. It is never too late to bond with your child.
