I work with individuals, couples and families helping to heal relational trauma. I have a vast knowledge in attachment, parenting, foster/adoption, depression, anxiety, ADHD, special education, spectrum disorders, and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples.
We all need strong, healthy relationships for our personal, social, emotional growth and development. At times the pathway to building strong relationships can be perplexing and bewildering. My therapeutic approach provides a supportive, safe harbor that is both collaborative and non-judgmental. I will help families, couples, and individuals build robust, satisfying lives and deeply meaningful relationships.
