I specialize in working with high-achieving women who are overworked and often headed toward burnout, as well as their partners and families.
Many of my clients are dedicated professionals struggling to balance the demands of work with personal relationships and self-care, and they often experience anxiety, depression, and an overwhelming sense of pressure. They come to therapy seeking a space where they can prioritize their well-being, reconnect with themselves, and navigate these challenges with support and compassion.
In our work together, I use an eclectic approach tailored to each client’s needs, drawing on Collaborative Therapy, psychodynamic principles, and with couples, Emotionally-Focused Couples Therapy. T
his blend allows me to explore personal and relational dynamics in depth, supporting each client and their loved ones in finding healthier ways to connect, grow, and thrive. I am committed to providing a warm, affirming environment where clients feel safe to explore their inner world, identify patterns, and create a more balanced, fulfilling life.
I also work with open/poly couples and am BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ affirming.
Finally, I offer a group for women who are struggling with overwhelm/anxiety/prioritizing self-care as well.
